How much Yoga experience do I need?
You can be a complete beginner when you join our retreat and 200 hrs TTC, but it would be helpful if you prepare yourself physically and mentally with Yoga practices before beginning the course. Please be advised that if you wish to join our 300 hrs TTC you need to have completed a 200 hrs Teacher Training Course already. This is the rules according to Yoga Alliance USA.
What style of Yoga will I be learning to teach?
Traditional Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and also Ashtanga if you are joining the 300 hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course.
Do you arrange a transfer to the Ashram?
We can arrange transfers from Dehradun Airport. Please provide your flight details before one week of arrival and we will book a taxi. We have a trustworthy contact and take no commission which means that the price will be reasonable and less than picking a taxi in the airport. Our driver will wait for you at the airport exit with a sign of your name.
How do I get to the Ashram?
From Delhi you can take a bus. It will take 6 hours to reach Rishikesh. When you are in Rishikesh you can take a Rickshaw or Tuk-tuk to our Ashram.
From Dehradun Airport you can take a 45 min taxi ride to our Ashram. If you would like us to book a taxi for you please read 'Do you arrange a transfer to the Ashram?'.
What should I bring?
Equipment for your Yoga practice and studying will be provided by us. Please bring comfortable clothes to practice Yoga in, a complete white outfit for ceremonies and a blanket to cover yourself in Shavasana, Yoga Nidra and early morning pranayama. The weather changes depending on the month and season you are staying at the Ashram, so please bring attire accordingly.

What should I wear?
At the Ashram you can wear regular clothes and a breathable comfortable outfit for Yoga asana classes. Please bring a white dress or shirt and pants for our opening and closing ceremony.
When is check-in and check-out?
Accommodation is included from one day before the course beginning until one day after the finishing date. If you wish to arrive earlier or stay after the course, please contact us.
How do book?
You confirm and guarantee your reservation through Pay Pal by depositing 300 USD.
How do I pay for my stay at the Ashram?
All payments are to be made at the Ashram during the first day of the course, unless otherwise specified. We receive cash in INR, USD, Euro and Pound and can offer to swipe your credit card with a 3%-5% bank transaction fee.
If you have booked before two months you will get an Early Bird discount of 100 USD and the confirmation fee is a part of the entire course fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
The deposit submitted is non-refundable but in case of cancellation before one month of the booked course or retreat beginning, the deposit can be used for any upcoming stay within one year.
Is there any Internet service?
Free WIFI is available 24/7.
Do we have free time during the Ashram Stay?
Every Sunday is free, so you are welcome to leave the Ashram to explore Rishikesh and surroundings. If you need any help organizing a trip, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you. We kindly ask that you to dedicate yourself and not attend any other course or workshop during your Teacher Training Course. The course is intense and we wish for you to get the most out of your experience.
Are there moments of silence?
Yes, when eating meals, we practice silence to be aware and fully enjoy the food. So many people live without food, so we practice gratitude for the meal provided.
